Not bad that's pretty close, the spider symbol is supposed to be wrapped around the whole torso as it's mirrored on the other side like the venom suit. Only the legs make an implied X over it.

The other is that I hate those armpit webs, I never liked it when people drew him with those because I thought they looked rediculous and they look like they would get in the way and impair his arm movements. There are also missing web shooters and I took off the shoulder parts. There is a picture I did do for that story here: [link]

Other than that it's not bad how close you got it. Did you use the new spider-man cartoon as a reference for this? Looks like it was done in that style than Evo that's why I thought I'd ask.

Yeah I did sort of, I had to to on the "Microsoft Window's Paint" program and draw the shape and the design, and also some picture research on X-Men Evolution costume colour and design to get it right.
